@acarson @treehousedarren As I think I've mentioned before, I can't use this app any longer due to hearing issues, I don't care about this app in particular, it's been free for the past year and I haven't used it. I'm not going to pay so as to continue not using it :) I can continue not using it for free. Contracts are not subject to change, that's sort of the point of a contract, that it binds one person to do x and another person to do y. If a contract is subject to change, it's not a contract. Finally, just a point, this has nothing to do with the blind community, I have never seen this done by any company selling any product or service. I would be very interested in knowing if anyone has seen this before. The only thing I've seen like this was Amazon with the kindle, and they ended up settling the resulting suit for quite a large amount, as I recall. Something similar happened with the old baseball games, I seem to remember, but they were going bankrupt, they didn't care.
