@AiraVI I had a wonderful call tonight with agent Mindy who helped me set up a talking blood pressure device. I told her where I got it and how I discovered it so she could see a picture of it and found the instructions to assist me. She was fabulous. Thank you for hiring her. She also asked me if I'd like her to save a link to the manual in my profile in case I needed to call back with future questions. I've been a subscriber since 2018 and I had no idea that information could be saved to a user's profile for agents to reference during future calls.
@DavidGoldfield @AiraVI Oh, I've been an #Aira subscriber as long as you have and I routinely save manuals to my user manuals folder in the Google Drive that they have. That way we can look up manuals in the future. I think the profile is just kind of like a dashboard that has all of your particulars and they can put a link up there for easy reference without going to various folders in your Google Drive. I can honestly say I've never had a bad call, not ever and I just love love love the #Aira service. We've done so many things together, including all those manual look ups.
